Eric Sauve, CEO and Co-Founder

Eric Sauve is an expert on delivering results through the successful implementation and management of Communities of Practice within public and private sector organizations. Eric has led Tomoye's vision of user-driven Communities of Practice, which has resulted in tangible innovation and greater organizational agility for organizations including John Deere, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Army. Under Eric's leadership, Tomoye has become profitable, with the company and its clients receiving significant industry recognition for leadership in the Community of Practice market. He is a frequent speaker and author on communities of practice and informal learning.

Eric is a four-time entrepreneur who believes an organization's success depends on the power of relationships among its employees, customers and partners. He enjoys working side-by-side with Tomoye's customers to implement new ways for creating real and lasting business value.

Eric was previously the founder and general manager of La Siembra, which today is the largest Fair Trade organic chocolate company in North America. In 2002, La Siembra was awarded the prestigious Socially Responsible Business Award in Washington, D.C. Eric also worked in IDRC's Foodlinks Group, sourcing, distributing and marketing eco-bananas from Costa Rica.

Chris Keyes, Director, Products

Chris Keyes leads a group of community of practice software developers who are continuously building domain expertise and processes into Tomoye Community of Practice software. His twenty years of development experience helps him deliver products that meet our customers' demanding needs. Prior to joining Tomoye, Chris was Director of Sales Engineering at AdventNet. He has held development and product management positions at Nortel, Cognos and Neuma Technology.

Susan MacLean, Controller, Finance and Administration

As controller, Susan manages financial, administration and legal affairs for Tomoye. A high tech industry veteran, Susan has handled finance and administration for a variety of companies from start-ups to public companies. She has over 20 years experience in her field, during which she has handled corporate governance, initial public offerings and raising venture capital.

Yves Bibeau, Director of Technical Services

Yves oversees the development and maintenance of excellent customer relationships by ensuring all customer projects at Tomoye are successfully executed. He and his team deliver Tomoye’s Community of Practice consulting services, training, and technical support. Yves has more than 18 years of IT experience, and prior to Tomoye held positions at a number of software companies where he directed overall IT programs, as well as managed service offerings. He also worked with the City of Ottawa for more than 14 years, where he pioneered network and technology projects for this large municipal government.

Kent A. Greenes

Kent has worked internationally in a variety of executive, operations, technology and business renewal roles in the energy, research and engineering industries. He is known and recognized globally as a pioneer in the field of Knowledge Management (KM). Kent started his own consulting practice in January, 2006, to provide business leaders with coaching and advice in KM. He currently is Executive in Residence at George Washington University where he is initiating a new program to research the Enterprise of the Future.

Kent worked in BP for 17 years where he started as a geophysicist and progressed through a variety of key leadership and management positions. He initiated and directed BP's acclaimed Knowledge Management and global Virtual Teamwork (VT) Programs. Kent joined SAIC as their CKO in 1999 and immediately established a KM consulting practice from the ground up that became highly respected in the public and private sectors. In 2005, Kent initiated SAIC's internal business transformation effort to become a high performance company. By weaving proven KM practices into Six Sigma, SAIC was able to accelerate changes in their core business processes and improve cash flow by millions of dollars.

Kent holds a B.S. Degree in Geology from Kent State University and a M.S Degree in Geophysics from University of Arizona. Kent also completed the Executive Program from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Gilles Lalonde

A 20-year veteran in the high-tech and aerospace industries, Gilles Lalonde co-founded Provance Technologies Inc. in 1997. In addition to leading the executive team in strategic planning, Mr. Lalonde manages the company's corporate investor relations and all legal, financial and governmental affairs. Mr. Lalonde's experience has contributed to the development of Provance as an emerging leader in IT service management software. From 1990 to 1996, as principle partner of M.G. Lalonde and Associates Inc., he provided a variety of consulting services that included asset management software implementation, support, training, and courseware development. Previously, he held a number of senior management and operations positions in the aerospace industry. Mr. Lalonde serves on the Boards of a number of private companies as well as several non-profit organizations. Mr. Lalonde has been involved with the Outaouais United Way fund raising campaign since 2000 and was named 2004 Campaign President. He was also named Business Leader of the Year in 2003 by the "Regroupement des gens d'affaire (RGA)" for the National Capital Area, CBC/Le Droit Business Personality of the Year in 2004, and Personality of the Month in September 2004 by the Quebec Information Technology Federation. Mr. Lalonde studied business administration at the University of Ottawa, and participates in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Lalonde has had his commercial pilot's license for over 30 years and is a member of the Canadian Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and the Canadian Airborne Search and Rescue Association.

Tony Marinelli

Mr. Marinelli brings Cactus over 20 years of professional experience in the information technology industry, along with a strong business and technology management background. He has extensive experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, technology solutions, business consulting and software product development.

Prior to joining Cactus, Mr. Marinelli provided senior management advisory services to several technology startup companies. At Cactus, he has directed the evolution of the company from a predominantly service-based model to a packaged software solution model. In addition, he directed the effort to raise venture capital as well as securing a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Mr. Marinelli has experience working with large Fortune 1000 customers worldwide selling complex technology solutions and spanning virtually all market segments. From 1998 to 2000, he held several executive-level roles at Cognicase Inc., now CGI, a publicly-traded IT consulting company. Prior to Cognicase, Mr. Marinelli was the founder and managing partner of Marinbridge Corporation, a high technology company focused on IT consulting services, systems integration and the development of re-engineering tools. Marinbridge was acquired by Cognicase in June of 1998. Mr. Marinelli has also held technical, sales and managerial positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, Informix Software and Ingres Corp.

Mr. Marinelli received his Bachelor of Management Information Systems and Operations Research degree from the University of Ottawa.
