Tomoye CEO to Speak on Innovation, Process Improvement and Life Long Learning with Communities of Practice at KMWorld and Intranets Conference

Tomoye, the Community of Practice Company, today announced Eric Sauve, CEO and Co-Founder, will be presenting a session on innovation, process improvement and life long learning with Communities of Practice (CoPs) at the KMWorld and Intranets Conference, held this year from October 31 to November 2. This session will look at how leading organizations are using CoPs to move from a more hierarchical KM approach to a user-centric and peer-to-peer (P2P) approach, and how this is changing business process and IT requirements.

What:

This session examines how organizations are driving innovation, process improvement and life long learning with CoPs, discusses the need for a bottom-up approach to CoPs and illustrates best practices for a P2P approach to CoP implementations using real-life examples from the U.S. Army and other organizations.
